The store itself is nice, but my shopping experience wasn't very enjoyable. The staff seemed quite rude and didn't greet customers or even say "thank you." The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, which made the experience disappointing. I don't think I'll be returning unless the customer service improves.

While the store is large and they have a nice selection of products, I won’t be returning. I have gone many other Middle Eastern markets in Buffalo and they’ve welcomed me and I’ve continued to patronize their business. Spresh made me feel uncomfortable. No one greeted me, multiple employees watched me while I shopped. It made feel as if they didn’t trust me. I purchased my rose water and left. In all honesty, I should have put it back and just went to another market in the area. I don’t spend money where I am not wanted. As a black woman , I was very turned off. Wouldn’t recommend.

An outstanding experience! The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was incredibly attentive. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered personalized recommendations. The quality of their offerings was top-notch. I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped by this store and honestly — the frozen section is massive! You can find almost everything from everyday essentials to hard-to-find items. The spice aisle is also very impressive with a wide selection, and there are plenty of rice and atta varieties to choose from depending on what you cook at home. Nice surprise: they even stock pooja items, which is really convenient so you don’t have to visit multiple shops. What really stood out to me was the Sri Lankan frozen food range — fish buns, Ceylon parotta, and several other snacks you don’t usually see easily available 😋 Vegetables section wasn’t very full during my visit, but maybe I just came on the wrong day. 🤔 Overall, great place for South Asian groceries — especially for frozen foods and spices!👌

Lovely Indian Supermarket! Great selection and prices for spices, pickled items, frozen popular foods, kitchenware, incense and more. Great staff and atmosphere. Easy to navigate. Highly recommend checking it out for cooking needs!
